Our Products
Wildflower Candles offers a range of handcrafted and carefully selected products, including hand-poured candles, 100% raw Australian honey and other home, gift and body products.
As many of our products are made or prepared in small batches, slight variations in colour, appearance, fragrance or finish may occur. These little differences are part of the nature of handcrafted products and do not affect their intended use.
Natural honey may also change in colour, texture or consistency and may crystallise over time. This is a natural characteristic of raw honey.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and information on our website are as accurate as possible.

Candle Care & Safety
Candles should always be used according to the safety instructions supplied with the product.
Please never leave a burning candle unattended, keep candles away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials, and always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Proper wick trimming and candle care will help your Wildflower Candles candle burn safely and beautifully.

Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Any applicable delivery or postage charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Prices may change from time to time, but any price change will not affect an order that has already been placed and accepted.

Orders
Once you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.
Please take a moment to check that your delivery address and order details are correct.
If we discover an error with your order, an item is unexpectedly unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your purchase, we will contact you as soon as possible. If we need to cancel an item that you have already paid for, you will receive a refund for that item.
Wildflower Candles reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or website error, suspected fraudulent activity or another genuine reason that prevents us from completing the order.

Payments
Payments made through the Wildflower Candles website are securely processed through our payment provider.
Your credit or debit card details are securely processed by our payment provider and are not stored by Wildflower Candles.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed and dispatched.

Monthly Subscriptions
Where you choose a Wildflower Candles monthly subscription, the inclusions, price and postage costs will be displayed when you subscribe.
Subscription payments will be charged automatically using your chosen payment method at the agreed billing interval.
Your subscription will continue each month until you choose to cancel it.
You may cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date to prevent the following month's payment from being processed.
Cancellation will apply to future subscription orders and does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.
If we ever need to make a significant change to the price or inclusions of your subscription, we will let you know before the change applies to a future billing period.

Shipping & Delivery
Wildflower Candles takes great care when packing your order.
Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post, courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders
Our separate Refunds & Returns Policy explains what to do if you change your mind or if something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Refunds & Returns Policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products purchased from Wildflower Candles come with the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian law.

Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Wildflower Candles may offer promotional codes, special offers or discounts.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers:

• cannot be exchanged for cash

• may have an expiry date

• may be limited to one use per customer or order

• may not be used together with another promotion.

Any additional conditions relating to a particular promotion will be provided with that offer.
