FAQ

Where are Wildflower Candles made?
Our candles are hand-poured in Queensland, Australia.

What are your candles made from?
Wildflower Candles are made using a coconut soy wax blend with 100% natural beeswax, together with quality fragrance oils.

Why does my candle look slightly different from the photo?
Because we use 100% natural beeswax, colour can vary from creamy white and golden yellow through to caramel or brown.
Even after filtering, tiny natural flecks from the hive may occasionally remain. We think these little bits and bobs add authenticity and make each candle beautifully unique.

How should I care for my candle?
Trim your wick to approximately 5 mm before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface, particularly on the first burn.
Always follow the safety instructions supplied with your candle and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Is your honey Australian?
Yes. Our honey is 100% raw Australian honey.  Colour, flavour and consistency can naturally vary depending on the season and the flowers available to the bees.

Why has my honey crystallised?
Crystallisation is completely natural in raw honey and doesn’t mean it has gone bad.
Simply place the jar in warm water to gently soften it if you prefer your honey runnier.

Do you offer a monthly subscription?
Yes! For $55 per month, plus $10 flat-rate postage, you’ll receive a hand-poured candle and a jar of 100% raw Australian honey

How much is shipping?
We offer $10 flat-rate standard shipping within Australia.
